Refund policy

Due to the customization we do not allow returns or exchanges. If there are any errors on our part, it has to be reported within 48hrs of receiving the item. Anything after 48hrs we will not accept as a return. Once you have sent the item out to your customer that voids any returns allowed as the item has met your approval upon receiving it. Once we have approved the return we will send a replacement item. We will ship it once the original item has been returned to us.
