My name is Megan Lugo and I am the busy hands behind BOK designs. I am so glad you’re here! I first started Bows or Knot in 2008 by making handmade bows to help provide for our growing family. In 2011, I got the opportunity to add embroidery into the mix. This changed so many aspects of the business, from the clientele to the new equipment, not to mention a lot of growth for me as an individual as well as a business owner. After almost a decade Bows of Knot became BOK Designs when I moved away from embroidery to offering screen print transfers. It was a lot of fun, but I truly missed my embroidery machines! So in 2021, I began offering embroidery again and it's here to stay! Best decision I ever made. This business isn’t just about the money, although I'm very grateful for all it has provided. BOK Designs has brought so many other like minded small business owners into my life. Many of whom I consider to be my best friends and practically my coworkers! When I surround myself with these lovely people it truly makes me love what I do even more. Thanks again for picking BOK and for making this such an amazing community to be a part of.
