Shipping
When will my order ship?
We ship out orders every day. Custom items have a 28 business day turn around not including holidays or weekends.
How do I track my package?
We offer first class mail, first class package, parcel select ground along with priority mail. After shipping labels are created, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we do not allow any order cancellations.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products we do not allow returns or exchanges. If there are any errors on our part it needs to be reported within 5 days of receiving the item. We will determine on a case by case what will be done.
General
Can I resell BOK items?
YES, but BOK Designs prohibits the sells of any of their items in BST, destash, or wholesale groups unless you are approved to sell in those groups.
